Reference: The enclosed information is for your company’s consideration of placing Denard &
Moore/Interstate Contractors on your bidder’s list and to allow for bid submittals for future
siding, roofing, and asbestos abatement projects.

Denard & Moore Construction Company, Inc. of Florida/Interstate Contractors of Tennessee. Inc. have
been in operation since 1968 and have been primarily active in performing siding, roofing,
structural repairs, sandblasting and painting, and asbestos and lead abatement.

Denard & Moore specializes in heavy industrial construction needs. We are very sensitive to the
specific needs of industries such as pulp mills and phosphate mills, powerhouses, and chemical
plants. These industries require 24 hour continuous production in some cases, and must remain dust
and water free during reconstruction of existing surfaces. Denard & Moore specializes in building
ceiling enclosures under the roof truss system to allow for sandblasting and painting of structural
components and complete removal and replacement of roof deck and roofing without interference to
operations below.

Our home office was once located in the State of Florida, the orig.in of incorporation, and
relocated to Belfast, Tennessee. November 1989. The State of Tennessee has provided a centralized
location for our company’s activities in specialty construction.

Denard & Moore Construction Company, Inc. of Florida/Interstate Contractors of Tennessee has
performed jobs in approximately twenty-five states. We currently maintain licensing and
certification in twenty-two states; additional licensing can be obtained as required. Copies of
our licenses and certifications are available upon request.
